This job requires selling Metro / T-Mobile products while providing great customer service in a fast paced environment. This position demands quick thinking on your feet while satisfying the customer's needs and expectations.

We provide training and resources to help you learn everything you need to know. No experience required!

Duties, and Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, service plans & accessories.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure location is running smoothly
• Help Sales Representatives reach goals or assist them in any help they need regarding sales or work
• Ensuring the daily tasks at work are being done
• Present any reprimand forms
• Strive to retain and gain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance and cleanliness, and help create a positive working environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
• Hustler mentality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
